2. HANDS ON TEST DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

Job Description

• Technical leadership and management of team.
• Strong experience & understanding of telecom domain.
• Should have in depth understanding of fulfillment / service assurance / billing journeys in Telecom architecture.
• Should have experience on telecom products like Mobile, Broad Band, Voice etc
• Interact with Solution Architects and developers to formulate test strategies and carry out all test planning activities
• Should be able to define the test data / test environment, test dependencies etc.
• Should be able to define the test plan, test strategy and able to manage the delivery independently.
• Managing customer expectations and escalation management
• Adhering to testing schedule
• Test cases & Test dependencies
• Metrics collation and Reporting ¿ internal and external stakeholders
• Guide and mentor the team members
