ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE JOBS IN HYDERABAD INDIA 2016

Job Description:

• Responsible for data entry in accounting software for India (both in Tally & in AX/ Oracle)
• Prepare Monthly MIS Reports ( i.e. Balance sheet, Profit & Loss accounts etc.)
• Assist with the month end intercompany reconciliation
• Support the annual/quarterly audit/tax reporting requirements for India
• Supporting in preparing and filing statutory compliances forms/ returns on time.
• Maintaining the fixed assets register for India
• Compute Withholding Tax on Vendor Payments & Prepare and Deposit Monthly
• withholding tax returns
• Verify Vendors Invoices and make sure that there are no bogus or duplicate invoices entered in the systems
• Prepare Payment Request forms and Initiate Payments to Vendors
• Preparation of audit schedules
• Ensure that all the documents are filed properly
• Able to interact with SJ office as and when necessary

Qualifications:

1. Master’s Degree with 5 years’ experience or CA Inter with 2 years of relevant experience
2. Minimum of 2 years of India accounting
3. A demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines
4. Proficient MS Office skills required
5. Must be detail oriented
