CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE – INTERNATIONAL PROCESS (DAY SHIFT)

Job Description:

• Review potential fraudulent listings and users detected by the system, investigate if it is fraudulent per the process and take appropriate action
• Verifying users and resolve claims between users
• Should be able to process multiple emails received from the members

Competency Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of computers and Internet

Shift timings during training: 6:00am to 10:30pm
Willingness to work in 8:00 am – 7:00 pm window (Day Shift)
Working days: 5 days a week - Weekly off: 2 days (Rotational) and not necessarily (Saturday / Sunday)
Work Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates preferred
